Energy Center Openings
60 Minutes
Initial Energy Center Opening and Balancing begins with a consultation of about 30 minutes to discover what your understanding and knowledge of being balanced in Oneness. This session uses Energy flowing from the first to the seventh Energy Center or also known as Chakras. We begin with breathwork to begin and quiet self and mind, before we begin Balancing Session. This session takes a further 30 minutes or so. This enhances our daily lives as it balances our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual essences.
Reaction to Openings and Balancing affect each person differently. You may feel a sense of calm, or have let go of past trauma and emotional. Be prepared to take as much time as needed to refresh, calm, drink water after a session. You will be seated for this session.
