Healing with Trauma

Trauma can be subtle or it can deeply impact our daily lives, our relationships or even in our physical bodies, it can be mental, emotional, physical or all of the above.  Getting to the root of trauma is important, but we need tools to work with it, especially when we are triggered.  Tools and skills to calm our nervous system, to reprogram our mental, emotional and physical states out of various states of survival mode, and learn new ways and practices to cope and implement into our daily lives.  My desire is the help you release, to self-nurture and direct you on a safe path of loving yourself with so much grace, compassion, forgiveness and permission.  To enable you to feel safe to open your heart to new possibilities while embracing lasting peace within and support yourself while moving forward.  I can't promise you that your triggers won't ever reappear in your life, but I can help you ground and hold your own if they do.
